Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-in-one email management tool, which will give you absolute authority over your mailboxes and email campaigns. With this easy-to-work-with interface, you can set up a new mailbox account in no time and administer its settings effortlessly. What's more, you can redirect e-mails from one e-mailbox to another, configure e-mail filters, set up autoresponders and secure your e-mail boxes against junk electronic mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can protect all your e-mail boxes against unsolicited bulk mail messages. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no undesired emails will find their way into your mailbox. Your emails will be sifted out based on their spam score. You can also choose whether an electronic mail message flagged as spam should be erased or redirected to a specific e-mailbox.
Email Filters
Email filters are excellent for filtrating your incoming e-mails based on specific rules defined by you. Creating email filters is very easy - all you have to do is fill out a simple form and your email filter will be activated and will take effect instantaneously. You can easily create an e-mail filter for any of your mailbox accounts and modify the mail filtering criteria as per your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly forward your incoming electronic mail messages from one email mailbox account to another, or even to a number of other email accounts. Simply select the electronic mail account you would like to forward electronic mail messages from, then specify the target email box and select if you wish to leave a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager, you can quickly configure the email client of your choice to access your email boxes. Just go to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mailbox account you want to set up on your desktop computer or cellular phone and click on the e-mail client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your email client and the new email mailbox will be configured in an instant.

With the Email Manager graphical user interface, managing multiple email boxes at the same time is child's play. The Email Manager interface will also permit you to easily create an auto-response message - specify the message you would like people to see and our system will do the rest. And if you would like to set up a catch-all e-mail box - you can achieve that with a simple click on the Catch-all icon.
